Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable store sales through customer-centric operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and uphold SOPs.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail competition.
• Promote community involvement and Omni-channel experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
