Job summary

Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, lead the team, and drive profitable sales through customer-focused operations. You will work with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates, delivering a best-in-class experience for shoppers.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts, coaching, and merchandising with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Fast-paced environment thrives on performance metrics and coaching.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store floor, stockroom, and office.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and customer experience through leadership and processes.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Oversee assigned area and implement plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand retail landscape and competition.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
