LOFT, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0820-Arlington Town Square in Arlington Heights, IL. This role supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture among associates.

You will lead on the sales floor, coach staff, and drive omnichannel initiatives while partnering with the Store Manager on talent growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model brand behaviors to engage customers.
