LOFT in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team in delivering personalized service at Store 0820-Arlington Town Square.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual standards, and drive profitable omnichannel selling. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required to support store goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Assist onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and drive profitability.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and support omnichannel selling.
