Old Navy is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales through customer-focused operations, merchandising, and talent development, partnering with the GM/AGM to coach Leads and Brand Associates for a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll recruit and develop teams, own areas of responsibility, and ensure SOPs and brand standards are consistently applied in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of retail management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
