Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development, collaborating with leadership to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates.

You will recruit and develop teams, own areas of responsibility, and ensure SOPs are followed while adapting to the retail landscape and competition.

Qualifications

• Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communicator able to interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results and meet business goals.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology and navigate store/stockroom/office areas.
• Capable of traveling as required.

Responsabilités

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
