Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will collaborate with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistency of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competitive retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
