Job summary

You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development, collaborating with the General Manager to execute the store strategy.

You will recruit and coach Brand Associates and Experts, own areas of responsibility, ensure SOPs, and promote omni‑channel engagement while upholding brand

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-driven with metrics to meet business goals.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store.
• Willing to travel as required.
