Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Orlando Premium Mall. You will spearhead daily store operations, coach a growing team, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and upholding POP MART's premium brand.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, events, and leadership on the floor, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs including conversions and ATV.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, safety, and policy compliance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Support visual merchandising and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure smooth store performance.
