You will oversee operations, inventory, merchandising, and drive sales performance while serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and ATV.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
