The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional guest service in Concord, NC.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed. This role blends sales, merchandising, and operations with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead teammates and model Buckle standards.
• Track record of achieving sales goals and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and developing teammates.
• Maintain visual standards and execute in-store merchandise plans.
• Support operations, scheduling, and loss prevention to ensure store success.
• Lead by example in leadership actions when managers are absent.
• Train teammates on SPG, product education, and customer engagement.
