Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand-new store at the Charlotte Premium Outlets in Charlotte, NC, and we are hiring for Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager positions.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, lead Teammates, and participate in training and development. This role focuses on guest service, merchandising, operations, and leadership responsibilities, with a progression from AIT to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills expected.
• Willingness to learn and train for a management role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide legendary guest service across the store.
• Lead Teammates and assist Store Manager in daily operations and training.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing Teammates to support Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage and store presentation to meet company guidelines.
• Support Loss Prevention procedures and maintain a safe store environment.
