Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational duties, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit and mentor Teammates, and step in as store leader when needed. The role emphasizes leadership, showmanship, and strong guest service across all store areas, with responsibilities spanning sales, training, and daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to answer questions and build guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train Teammates; manage daily operations and store presentation.
