Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service across the store.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting and developing Teammates.
• Support sales goals through product knowledge and showmanship.
