Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train Teammates, and lead in the manager's absence. Responsibilities include leadership development, merchandise presentation, store operations, and maintaining exemplary guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and customer service to create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates under Store Manager direction.
• Assist Store Manager in leadership duties and store operations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and showmanship to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store consistent with Buckle standards.

Education
