Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates while managing daily sales goals and operations.

You’ll share responsibility for training and motivating staff, stepping in as Store Manager in their absence, and driving performance in merchandising, customer service, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred with ability to recruit and train teammates.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with focus on a high-energy guest experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and merchandising under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, provide legendary service, and drive sales performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee visual merchandizing, inventory and loss-prevention practices.
• Plan schedules, manage store operations, and maintain a positive floor culture.
• Demonstrate Buckle’s brand standards and SPG guidance across teams.
