Job summary

Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, earning a place in customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

In this fast-paced role you’ll mentor staff, ensure excellent customer service, stay current on products and promotions, and drive store performance while managing schedules and training. This position offers commission opportunities and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Infuse each shift with a customer-first mindset and train staff in best practices.
• Monitor store operations, product knowledge, and promotions for the team.
• Support Store Manager in achieving monthly KPIs and coaching team performance.
