The Retail Assistant Manager at Luna Wireless partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile's goals and Mobile Associate success.

You will train and coach staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, stay updated on products and promotions, and drive performance in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This role offers growth potential and competitive pay with benefits.

Competenze

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• Available to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lead and mentor peers to achieve results.

Mansioni

• Orient and ground Mobile Assistants to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and experiences are comfortable and simple.
• Observe interactions for development, training and coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products and promotions.
• Lead by example with product knowledge, training and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and visual standards; manage discounts and credits.
