Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Fanatics retail systems and store operations, including POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, ServiceNow, and OKTA.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, coaching, and shift-level performance in a fast-paced store.
• Deliver exceptional fan experiences and enforce brand standards.
• Identify process improvements to boost store efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support opening/closing routines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention practices.
