Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead employee training and evaluation under Store Manager guidance.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per the customer service manual and routines.
