Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Act as store lead in Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist with staff recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Follow company policies and internal controls.
