LOFT in North Carolina's Tanger Outlets in Nags Head is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and foster a strong store culture. You will be a store leader who nurtures relationships with customers and associates, driving daily store performance and brand integrity.

You will coach and develop the team, lead by example on the sales floor, and collaborate with leadership to deliver seamless omnichannel service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
