Job summary

POP MART in Maine Mall is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee inventory, merchandising, and training, while ensuring POP MART’s premium brand standards are reflected in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience.
Ability to coach and develop high-performing retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail operations and business metrics.
HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and reflect POP MART’s premium brand.
Analyze sales metrics and implement plans to improve performance (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV).
Oversee store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
Execute visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal displays.
Represent POP MART as brand ambassador and support events and store openings.
