Hibbett I City Gear is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work under the Store Manager, helping with merchandising, scheduling, sales, and customer service, and stepping in when the Store Manager is unavailable.

The role emphasizes knowledge across product areas, adherence to policies, and a commitment to superior customer service to promote merchandise and store success.

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Establish action plans with Store Manager for selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Fill in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead personnel recruitment, training and evaluation under supervision.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Direct staff to uphold department standards and customer service quality.
