Hibbett, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in our store to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive exceptional customer service. This non-exempt, hourly position reports to the Store Manager and encompasses merchandising, scheduling, training, and evaluating staff.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/athletic apparel.

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and administrative duties.
• Contribute to selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Stand in for Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff as needed.
