Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Handle responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist with personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to improve profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
