Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to fulfill department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per policy manuals.
