Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the store assets.
• Help plan and execute selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in and manage the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and assist during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
