LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will help nurture relationships with customers and team members while modeling the LOFT brand on the sales floor.

This role requires open availability and a focus on coaching, talent development, and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Regular/full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• 2+ years retail management experience.

• Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
