This role supports the Store Manager in hiring, development, and operational excellence, using technology to enable a seamless omnichannel shopping experience and drive results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging customers and associates.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
• Able to take initiative in decision making.
