LOFT’s Springfield mall store in Springfield, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and nurture a customer-focused culture. You’ll coach associates, model the brand’s behaviors, and ensure seamless omnichannel service.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager on talent development and store performance, driving engagement and exceptional experiences for guests. This role requires 1+ year retail management experience, a hospitality mindset, and tech proficiency with POS
