You will coach associates, help recruit and develop talent, use technology for omnichannel shopping, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver excellent service and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
