LOFT in Jackson, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, engage customers, and coach the team to deliver consistent brand experiences.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on hiring, development, and operational excellence, using reporting to drive results and maintain a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Hospility mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
