Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as acting store lead in Store Manager's absence.
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel with Store Manager guidance.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals and policies.
