Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as the store leader in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; protect assets and financial information.
