This role upholds all policies in the visual and operations manuals while delivering outstanding customer service and promoting merchandise.

In the Store Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager takes supervisory control and supports responsibilities training, staffing, and daily store activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with initiative and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and help plan action steps to meet goals.
• Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness, monitor sales and expenses to support profitability.
