Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Develop action plans with Store Manager for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Manage store in the Store Manager's absence and uphold store policies.
• Support staffing, training, and evaluation of employees.
• Provide guidance to customers and staff across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales trends, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote merchandise.
