Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional customer service while executing sales, merchandising, and store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and coach Teammates, and you may assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. This is a progression role with enhanced leadership duties as you advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise display, and store cleanliness.
• Lead, train, and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence; recruit and develop new Teammates.

Education
