The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

This role includes leadership over sales, merchandising, and store operations, working closely with the Store Manager to recruit, train and motivate teammates. The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with additional leadership duties as experience grows, while maintaining a high standard of service,

Responsibilities

• Fulfill mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering and product displays.
• Work with Store Manager to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership.
• Train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Lead by example in customer service, showmanship and achieving sales goals.
