Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support store operations, enhance guest experiences, and develop Teammates.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, lead by example, and prepare for higher leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include in-store merchandising, guest engagement, cashiering, and coaching Teammates to meet Buckle’s service and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience, 1–3 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales goals and guest service.
• Lead and train Teammates, including onboarding and coaching.
• Maintain store operations, merchandising and cleanliness.
