Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, merchandising and store operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher level duties, sharing responsibilities across training, performance, and store success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest service excellence and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach Teammates and lead in Manager's absence.
• Experience in retail or fashion/apparel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead sales, merchandising and store operations tasks as assigned by management.
