Qualifications

• Ability to observe, identify, and respond to suspicious activity in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills to partner with customers, colleagues, leaders, and law enforcement.
• Use sound judgment and de-escalation tools to maintain a safe environment.
• Discretion in handling proprietary, sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft, dishonest activity, and shortage trends using surveillance and reporting systems.
• Partner with store teams, Asset Protection leaders, and law enforcement to support investigations.
• Prepare clear documentation, statements, and evidence for investigations, audits, and legal proceedings.
• Respond to alarm calls and support special assignments to protect assets and customers.
• Train colleagues on asset protection protocols and shortage reduction.
