Qualifications

• Observe and respond to suspicious activity in a retail environment.
• Strong communication with customers, colleagues, leaders, and law enforcement.
• Use sound judgment, de-escalation tools, and company procedures to support a safe environment.
• Handle proprietary, sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• For jobs in New York, a current New York State Security Guard License is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft and shortage trends using surveillance and reporting tools.
• Partner with store teams and law enforcement to support investigations.
• Prepare clear documentation and evidence for investigations and legal proceedings.
• Train colleagues on asset protection protocols and shortage reduction.
• Respond to alarm calls and assist with safety and incident response.
