Responsibilities

• Use surveillance and reporting systems to identify theft and shortage trends.
• Partner with store teams and law enforcement to support investigations.
• De-escalate, protect customers and colleagues, and maintain a safe environment.
• Document statements, evidence, and investigations for audits and legal proceedings.
• Train colleagues on asset protection protocols and shortage reduction.
