You will supervise Associates, ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment while executing company processes.

The position requires strong customer service and supervisory experience, with the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Train and coach associates; manage front-end operations.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
