Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise operations.
• Lead and coach Associates on customer service, safety, and store standards.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean, organized stockrooms.
• Oversee front-end operations, cashier training, and loss prevention.
• Assist payroll and scheduling as required by Store Manager.
