Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication, financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead inclusive teams while developing talent and improving store performance.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages team members in onboarding, training and development.
