You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, manage freight flow, schedule staff, train associates, and maintain pricing, signage, and backroom organization while following company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail with customer service experience.
• Experience training or merchandise handling preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele in a welcoming environment.
• Bridge the gap between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolution.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to your team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates and growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, signage, backroom stock, and sales floor flow.
• Handle returns, transfers, and shipments per company policies.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• When designated, supervise opening and closing procedures.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
