Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail settings is required.
• Customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving experience are preferred.
• Computer skills include Google Workspace apps and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge communication between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance to the team to ensure task completion and motivate staff.
