Job summary

IDT Corporation’s Retail division is seeking a results-driven Retail Account Manager to drive NRS POS and merchant services while maintaining an active route. You will prospect, close, and support small businesses, building trust and delivering top-notch service.

You will balance sales activity with ongoing account management, travel within the territory, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and willingness to travel door-to-door daily.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS POS, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances sales to new and existing retail accounts.
• Visit assigned retailers weekly to maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prospect and door-to-door expand IDT and NRS presence in the territory.
• Onboard customers, guide merchant applications, and provide light tech support.
• Manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory in IDT systems.
